ER SCARE!!! May 19, 2007

 

That’s right the Schweers made their first family visit to the ER.  Can you believe that is wasn’t even for Eisley?  If you haven’t heard yet, momma Schweers dropped a knife last week and it landed right on the tendon of her big toe. Ouch!! She had surgery later in the week to help repair it.  My mom and Jami’s mom have both been out to help fill the gap.  Thanks a million!!

Other highlights include: bath time, finding her thumb, time with grandma’s and of course her first soccer ball!!

New Arrival!! April 2, 2007

Sweet Girl is finally here!!  She entered the world on Saturday night around 7pm.  Official weight was 8 pounds 6 ounces and she is 20 inches long.  Everything did not go according to the plan that we had but,we really felt the peace of God in every decision along the way. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. 

We will be heading home on Tuesday after a mandatory 3 night stay due to C-Section pregnancy. 

Wait……….wait…….wait!! March 28, 2007

No baby yet obviously.  Jami is progressing….3cm dilated but she is past due.  I guess she is warm and cozy in there.  Doctor is looking at inducing Friday night unless something happens in between.  Pray for quick and low pain delivery!!

Health Check November 29, 2006

Jami and baby are doing well.  Our little girl  is moving around quite a bit. I think she is a future soccer player!!  She startled this last week at church when the loud music started.  It is pretty amazing knowing that there is a little baby in Jami. 

Gender Bender October 24, 2006

Oh BOY oh BOY!! We found out yesterday from a MAN that we are not having a SON!!  Thats right!! We are having something that rhymes with pearl and has more ribs than a GUY!! I hope you are not too confused.  This is just like The Da Vinci Code right?  Yes, I know I am a dork.   Time to step it up with the name help though!!

Doctor’s visit October 15, 2006

Jami and I went to the doctor last week for the four month visit. Heartbeat was 158 and sounding good.  We go back on the 23rd and we can find out the sex if we want.  We might even announce it here!
