This month was an especially fun one as we got to go to Florida and visit lots of family. Summer vacation started for dad which means more time with the girls. We flew into Jax and went to grandma and grandpa’s house in Interlachen. Mary and the girls and my parents made it over and we hung out a couple of days before heading south to the Keys. Wedrove down to the Keys for a week to hang out with Mike and Creston’s family. We had tons of fun snorkeling, fishing, hanging out at the pool and of course eating.
Poppa got a new bike for Father’s Day to go along with the seat we have had since Christmas. Eisley is still getting used to cruising as she is not a huge fan of the helmet yet. Hopefully she will get used to it.
Eisley has been doing better about feeding herself food and drink. It takes a bit longer but we know that will improve. She is still a big dancer. ANy type of music comes on and her shoulders take off a twitching. She has finally started to cry when we drop her off for church Sunday schoo. We weren’t sure that she knew who we were before this. JK She loves to explore and is starting to test boundaries. We are learning what NO means and the consequences of not listening. Oh boy!! She loves to share and is still using a few signs for food. We are pretty sure she is Italian when it comes to food as she will eat anything Italian. Also, she is part French in her baby talk. Life is good and we don’t take it for granted.
